As with the first book, Luminary features protagonist, Thalli, a test-tube-created child born after the bomb. Happily, Luminary will also get five stars from me. As a matter of fact, I gave it five stars.

Following the events of Anomaly, Thalli, Berk, Rhen, and John flee the underground State where Scientists breed and control people in an attempt to create a perfect humanity.
